General Registration Information

The student agrees to complete the assigned curriculum, achieve at least the minimum passing score of 80% on all quizzes and the final examination, and meet all course requirements to complete the course.
Please Note:
Although you can register for our Online Drivers Ed Course, you must purchase a permit at the DMV prior to starting the course unless you are over 17 years of age. This is a State Requirement. When you purchase the permit, tell the DMV you will be taking driving instruction from Treasure Valley Driving School.

Tuition Fees

The student/parent/guardian or person who is paying agrees to pay the course tuition fee selected and not initiate a credit card chargeback with their banking institution. The tuition fee is separate from any other fees that the State of Idaho may charge and includes only what is purchased in your package and must be paid in full prior to starting the course. The student may pay by credit card, debit card or cash. If paying by cash, you must come into our office to pay and register.

No Refund Policy

The student may only be entitled to a refund of the tuition fee within the first 48-hour period immediately following the time of enrollment, if he/she does not participate in any part of the curriculum. After the 48-hour period, there will be NO REFUNDS issued under any circumstance. Students found to be in violation of any of the requirements in this document shall be disqualified from the course and shall not be entitled to a refund. Students who do not meet the above criteria or fail to meet any of the course requirements shall not be entitled to a refund. If a student moves and has not completed the course, they will not be entitled to a refund.
The provider does reserve the right to investigate and grant refunds for any student at any time at its sole discretion.

These include but are not limited to internet network problems; routing issues; server traffic congestion; and other unforeseen technological issues.
